Insignia is run by Future Proof Technology and Entertainment LLC, a US company. This page says what we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
- The places you pick and the months you're around, so clubs know where and when to invite you.
- The first name and photo you add.
- Your WhatsApp number, the name on your WhatsApp profile, and what you write to us there. That's how we know it's you and how we reach you.
- Your email and payment details, if you take Premium.
- Which pages you visit and which ad brought you here, tied to a cookie with a random id. It tells us which parts of the site work. It doesn't follow you to other sites.
Who sees it
Clubs and members on Insignia see your first name, photo, places and months, so they can invite you. Your number is not shown to clubs or other members.
Meta delivers our WhatsApp messages, under WhatsApp's privacy policy. Stripe processes card payments; we do not store your full card number. We do not sell your information.
Your data, your call
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, send you a copy, or delete it. Email work@fptechtainment.com.
When you ask us to delete your data, we delete your account, photo and profile within 30 days, and clubs no longer see you. We keep only what the law requires, such as records of payments.
If you start signing up but don't send the WhatsApp message, what you entered, photo included, is deleted after a day. To stop our messages, tell us and we'll stop.
Age
Insignia is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this page, the date at the top changes. If a change matters, we'll tell you before it applies.
