Terms

Insignia is a private social club operated by Future Proof Technology and Entertainment LLC. You join a 13-man squad by invitation.

If you accept, you pay $100 USD to initiate. That payment buys the right to initiate, not membership. Until you complete initiation you are an initiate. Complete it and you become a member.

The initiation payment is year one. After one year, $100 USD is due as annual dues, unless you cancel first. The current beta price is the lowest it will ever be.

You are not buying a ticket to a specific night. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number.

We may suspend or end initiation or membership. See refunds and cancellation.
