Refunds & cancellation

Refund policy

Refunds are issued by Future Proof Technology and Entertainment LLC. You are charged when you accept an invitation and pay to initiate. That payment is $100 USD. It buys the right to initiate, not membership.

Initiation is not refundable once paid, including if you do not complete initiation. Annual dues are $100 USD a year. Dues already charged for the current year are not refunded.

Cancellation policy

Email contact@insignia.sc to cancel. Cancellation stops the next annual dues charge. Access continues until the paid year ends.

We may end initiation or membership. If we do, unused prepaid dues for time after that date are refunded.

Return policy

Initiation is a service. We do not ship physical goods, so there is no return process.
