Refunds
Refunds are issued by Future Proof Technology and Entertainment LLC. The refund terms for Premium are shown on the offer before you pay. To ask for a refund, email work@fptechtainment.com.
Cancellation
Email work@fptechtainment.com to cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your Premium account continues until the end of the period you paid for.
If we end your Premium account, we refund any prepaid dues for the time after that date.
Returns
Premium is a service. Anything given to you in person, such as a medallion, is yours to keep, so there is nothing to return.
